Qualification and Age Limit

Candidates must have a minimum Intermediate qualification (FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com or equivalent). A qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. The age limit is 18 to 25 years as of July 31, 2026, with a 2-year age relaxation for Hafiz-e-Quran, candidates with Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah possessing an HEC equivalency letter, and differently-abled persons.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting the Bank's Agriculture and Rural Banking products
• Generating quality financing leads for Bank branches
• Developing relationships with farmers, traders, livestock farmers, and rural entrepreneurs
• Supporting customer onboarding and financial inclusion initiatives
• Mobilizing deposits from rural communities
