Alkhidmat Raazi Hospital Rawalpindi is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse Kidney Transplant to join their professional medical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients before and after transplant procedures, maintaining strict infection prevention and patient safety standards, and providing comprehensive nursing care. This role requires strong clinical competence in a specialized healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before and after transplant procedures.
• Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to kidney transplant patients.
• Administer medications and immunosuppressive therapy as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, laboratory results, and patient condition.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants must hold a BSc Nursing, Post RN BSc Nursing, or General Nursing & Midwifery degree along with a valid PNC/PNMC registration. Mandatory experience in Kidney Transplant, Nephrology, Dialysis, ICU, or Surgical Nursing is required to qualify for this role.
