About the Project
The Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has secured a loan (No. 3837-PAK) from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Social Protection Development Project (SPDP) (Additional Financing). The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), as the implementing agency, intends to utilize a portion of these funds for engaging Individual Consultants for its 'CI Wing'. BISP is now seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced national individuals.Role Overview
BISP invites EOIs for the position of Regional Outreach Coordinator (Balochistan) on an individual consultant basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies in Balochistan, managing media relations, and ensuring effective communication of BISP's initiatives. This role requires working closely with various stakeholders to enhance the program's visibility and impact in the region. Interested individuals must be duly authorized to work in Pakistan.Key Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for the Regional Outreach Coordinator (Balochistan) position are expected to possess the following qualifications and experience:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass and Media Communication, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A PhD in Mass Communication from a foreign reputed university shall be given preference.
- Proven experience of ten (10) years in a senior media management role, preferably within a governmental organization, international agency, or a large-scale NGO.
- Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communication, and strategic communication planning.

Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. TA/DA will not be admissible for attending the interview.
The deadline for submission of EOIs online through ADB’s Consultant Management System is on or before 09:00 PM (11:59 PM Manila local time) by 24th May, 2025.
