Job Overview

PPCBL seeks a Regional Business Head (RBH) across Punjab. Apply for Regional Business Head to supervise, monitor and control all branches in line with credit and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional deposits, advances, financing (Agri & Non-agri) & retail business growth against annual targets
Supervise, monitor and control all branches in line with credit and operational guidelines from Head Office & other regulators
Approve/disburse credit proposals within delegated authority; oversee recovery of NPLs/defaulted loans, referring cases to CRMD/SAM where required
Conduct branch inspections and surprise visits; ensure closure of audit/SBP inspection observations
Prepare and monitor regional budget; manage bank properties/assets for security and optimal utilization
Drive marketing, branding and customer acquisition initiatives across the region
Ensure strict compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations, AML/CFT requirements and internal policies
