Project Overview

The Project Management Unit (PMU) of 'Gwadar Safe City Project (GSCP)', Government of Balochistan, seeks applications from local/domicile candidates of Balochistan for various contractual roles for two years. This project is vital for enhancing Gwadar's infrastructure and security.

Position Details: Civil Engineer (PPS-7)

The Civil Engineer will be involved in the planning, design, and oversight of construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure related to the Safe City Project.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: BE (Civil Engineering) from a recognized Institute/University with PEC Registration.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
Merit: Open to all candidates from Balochistan. (Note: 10% extra/additional marks will be given to Gwadar District Candidates).

General Terms and Conditions

The positions will be initially for a period of one year, extendable to a total of two years based on satisfactory performance, purely on a contract basis with a fixed annual increment for the second year. Local/Domicile holders from all over Balochistan are eligible. Candidates can apply separately for multiple posts. A screening test will be convened for all PPS-02 and above posts. Only shortlisted candidates based on merit/test results will be called for an interview. Recruitment quotas set by the Government of Balochistan for females, persons with disabilities, and minorities will be observed. The maximum age limit is 43 years as per Government of Balochistan age relaxation policy. No TA/DA will be admissible. Candidates already in Government service must apply through the proper channel and attach an NOC.
