Quality Engineer

Haier, a global brand, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer - P2 to join their team in Lahore. This role is ideal for engineering professionals looking to build a career in a multinational manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor Quality Assurance systems, product/process specifications and quality objectives to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze production defects, market feedback and customer complaints to identify improvement opportunities and enhance product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, Kaizen practices and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and Customer Services.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, 6S implementation, internal audits and quality documentation while supporting external certification audits.

Job Specifications

• Education: BSc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing or home appliances industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO standards, 6S and Kaizen.
