QA & QC Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible QA & QC Incharge to oversee and maintain quality assurance and quality control standards across the hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance, conducting audits and assessments, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Environmental of Care (EOC) rounds in all departments.
• Conduct annual risk assessment of all units and update risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure hospital readiness for SHCC licensure (ISO 9001:2015, QMS audits).
• Develop, implement and maintain all required documents, policies, procedures and forms.
• Ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures across all departments.
• Introduce and maintain document control system.
• Implement surveillance systems and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform any other task assigned by management.

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum Graduation / Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control, preferably in the hospital / healthcare sector.
Skills: Knowledge of SHCC requirements, ISO 9001:2015, quality management systems, risk assessment, audits and quality improvement. Strong analytical, documentation, communication and reporting skills.
