Project Overview

The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development (BBSUTSD) is executing an HEC-funded project titled 'Completion of Up-gradation of Government College of Technology (GCT) Pilot Plant, Khairpur Mirs'. The university is inviting applications from dynamic, qualified, and experienced individuals domiciled in Sindh for the key position of Project Coordinator to lead this initiative.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience to be considered for this role:

• Education: A B.Sc. or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering (First Division) from an HEC-recognized university.
• Registration: Must have a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Experience: A minimum of 05 years of professional experience, preferably in a BPS-17 or equivalent position. Experience in building construction and managing development projects in a University, Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous body is required.
• Skills: A working knowledge of SPPRA/PPRA rules and procedures will be given preference.

• Salary: A fixed salary of PKR 125,000/- per month.
• Age Limit: The maximum age of the applicant should not exceed 62 years.

Application and Submission Process

Interested candidates are required to follow the steps below to apply:

1. An application processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft. The draft should be non-refundable and made in the name of 'Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs'.
2. The application form can be downloaded from the university's official website: www.bbsutsd.edu.pk.
3. The completed application form, along with the original bank draft, a detailed CV, and attested copies of all relevant documents (CNIC, Domicile, PRC, educational certificates, experience certificates, etc.), must be sent to the Registrar's office.
4. Candidates currently employed in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
5. Applications must reach the Registrar's office by the deadline. The last date for submission is 25th July, 2025, by 3:30 PM.
6. Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be considered. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
