About the Program and Role

Join the Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP) as a Programmer (01 Post) in our Program Management Unit, Lahore. This contractual position involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems critical to the program's success. The role requires a strong background in software development and ICT.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential qualifications for the Programmer role include:

• Education: Master's Degree / 16 years of Qualification in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Programming, or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience: In general, 5 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in software development, computer programming, ICT, etc. Preferably 3 years of post-qualification experience working in similar projects/assignments, in a similar capacity, and in organizations.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

General Conditions

Salaries will be market-based as approved in the PC-I of the Program. Women and candidates from minorities are encouraged to apply. All eligible government employees may also apply for this position through the proper channel. Candidates having domicile of Punjab Province are only eligible to apply.

Direct submission of EOIs to the Program Coordination Unit (PCU) or Local Government & Community Development Department (LG&CDD) will not be accepted. Candidates must upload their complete CV, Educational Documents, CNIC, Experience Letters, Certifications, etc., while submitting their EOI on ADB's CMS Portal.
