Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CPSP, PMDC, HEC, and Ziauddin University postgraduate policies, and support related audits.
• Plan and manage postgraduate capacity development programmes, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct internal research to support effective services for postgraduate students and supervisors.
• Monitor the implementation of postgraduate policies and maintain related procedural documents, including bursaries, conferences, and capacity development.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate the operational activities of the Postgraduate Studies Directorate.
• Prepare postgraduate correspondence and communications for staff and students.
• Develop and maintain systems for postgraduate records management.
• Generate financial, operational, and other departmental reports.

Qualification and Experience

• Master's degree from an HEC-recognised institution (Managerial qualification preferred).
• Experience in a university or research-intensive institution with knowledge of research ethics and integrity.
• Experience in managing and supervising staff within an administrative unit.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective internal control systems.
