Role Overview

The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP), a premier postgraduate medical institution since 1962, is hiring a Program Manager. The candidate will be pivotal in planning, developing, and implementing departmental policies concerning training growth for program/discipline courses. This role involves developing strategies to manage training load and contributes significantly to the development of the program/discipline. The position is based in Lahore and Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, development, and implementation of departmental policy on training growth.
• Overseeing program/discipline courses.
• Developing strategies to cover training load.
• Playing a pivotal role in the development of the program/discipline.

Qualifications

The candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

• MBBS with 2 years' experience.
• Healthcare Professionals (e.g., Nurses) with more than 8 years of post-graduation experience.
• Allied Health Sciences Graduate.
• Para Medical staff with Graduation.
• Non-Health Care Professionals: Masters from an HEC recognized University with 10 years' experience in a Health care facility or Skill Lab / Department imparting life skill courses.
