Job Overview
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement activities of the 'Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Citizen Centered Service Delivery' project. This includes developing procurement plans, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in procurement management and a strong understanding of procurement regulations.Qualification
The candidate must have 16 years of education, Master Degree holder (Preferably MBA/MSc) or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.Experience & Skills
Minimum of 7 years of post- qualification experience including 2 years of post-qualification experience in Procurement Management under the World Bank funded Project/ Programme. Must have proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and Project), Primavera, and any other related software. Must have proficiency in STEP and World Bank Procurement Regulations.How to Apply
