This pivotal role at Olympia Chemicals Limited requires a self-motivated and results-oriented individual to join their dynamic team. The Principal Engineer Mechanical – Performance Engineer will be stationed at the company's plant in Waracha, Tehsil Quaidabad, District Khushab, Punjab. This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to make a significant impact on plant operations and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the monitoring and development of various systems crucial for process operations. This includes overseeing power plant functions, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and managing the maintenance of rotary equipment such as Screw Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Centrifugal pumps, Vacuum Engines, Blowers, Fans, Gearboxes, and Conveying Equipment (Conveyors & Elevators). A strong ability in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, report writing, and vibration analysis techniques is essential. The role also demands proficiency in routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across all equipment. Candidates should demonstrate excellent computer literacy and be skilled in technical software like MS Office, AutoCAD, and Main Saver/SAP.

Educational Background and Experience

Applicants must hold a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. A minimum of 2–3 years of post-qualification experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in operations systems, especially those who have worked as a Process Auditor in Fertilizer, Chemical, or Petrochemical plants. The age requirement for this position is between 30 to 35 years.
