Applications are invited for the post of Principal of a highly reputed Fazaia College at Air Base Inter College Mushaf, Sargodha. Eligibility and Qualifications

For Retired Education Officers from Armed Forces:

• MA / MSc in any subject with a minimum of 15 years commissioned service.

For Civilians:

• MA / MSc in any subject having minimum of 5-10 years teaching and 5-10 years supervisory / administration experience with minimum of 15 years aggregate experience at Intermediate or Degree College level.

General Requirements:
Male/Female medically fit, with age not more than 60 years.

Ineligibility Criteria

• The candidate terminated / dismissed prematurely from any post at any government or non-governmental institution.
• The candidate terminated from any Fazaia institution due to any allegation / discipline issue.
• The candidate with history of any moral turpitude, financial embezzlement or criminal offences. The applicants are to produce NOC of the previous institution in this regard.

Pay and Perks

Selected candidate will be offered an attractive pay package.

Terms and Conditions

• It is a contract-based employment annually renewable on the basis of performance.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• TA/DA will not be admissible for the interview.
• Reputation of finally selected candidates will be confirmed from his / her previous workplace.
• Concealment of any fact or information may lead to strict disciplinary action even after selection.
• The candidate shortlisted for the final interview will require Legal binding by undertaking a bond on stamp paper highlighting if he/she finally recommended by the selection board, his/her unwillingness to join the post will not be accepted and he/she will be bound to serve the institute for initial period of 02 years subject to satisfactory performance.
• Any decision by the selection committee / Board for any candidate would be final and may not be challenged at any forum/ or in any court.
