Job Overview

University of Sargodha invites applications for the position of Trainer (Graphic Design/UI UX) at its E-Rozgaar Training Center. This role involves conducting daily classes, teaching students freelancing, proposal writing skills, and concepts specific to Graphic Design and UI/UX. The trainer will be responsible for creating student profiles on freelancing portals, conducting class activities, quizzes, and assignments, and submitting final reports on student success stories.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct daily classes as per the schedule for Graphic Design/UI UX.
• Teaching students freelancing and proposal writing skills.
• Creating profiles of all students on freelancing portals.
• Teaching different tools relevant to Graphic Design/UI UX.
• Conducting class activities as per the designed course for Graphic Design/UI UX.
• Taking quizzes and assignments.
• Submitting a final report containing success stories of students of each batch to the concerned line manager.
• Conduct awareness sessions when applications are open for centers.
• Preparing course outlines and updating course curriculum for Graphic Design/UI UX as per need.
• Participation in events to generate new applications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Students freelancing profiles on freelancing portals, number of Students Earning and Total Earning of every batch.
• Maintaining class retention by engaging students with course content and knowledge related to Graphic Design/UI UX.
• Providing guidance to trainees on freelancing portals and helping/supporting them how to manage profile.
• Taking makeup classes as per the requirement.
• Conducting awareness sessions when applications are open for centers.
• Efficient in online and physical modules if required.
• Submit student earning details, profiles on freelancing portals and reports at the end of every batch.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum 16 Years of Education with a Degree in Computer Sciences/ Management/ Social Sciences / Electrical and Telecommunication/ General Sciences / Commerce / Finance or related from HEC recognized University, foreign or local institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional freelancing work experience with a well-reputed profile on freelancing portals or a proven experience in case of direct clients. Teaching/Training experience will be preferred.
Age: 45 years Maximum.

2. Complete the application form and attach your complete C.V., attested copies of testimonials, and two most recent passport-size photographs.
3. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,500/- must be deposited. Obtain an original bank deposit slip/University Challan Form for this fee, deposited under Head of Account “Collection” in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803, University of Sargodha.
4. Submit your complete application package, including the original deposit slip, to the office of Dean, Faculty of Computing & IT, University of Sargodha.
The closing date for submission of applications is June 2, 2025.
Important Notes:

• Only short-listed candidates will be called for Test/Interview.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
• Any incorrect or false information provided will lead to disqualification.
• The University reserves the right to modify the number of posts or withdraw the advertisement without assigning any reason.
• These posts are on a per Lecture/Hour basis for one year, extendable based on performance and need.
