About the Role

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) is seeking applications from suitable female candidates for a contractual appointment as Principal. The positions are available at OPF Public School, Larkana; OPF Public School, D.I. Khan; and OPF Public School, Pakpattan. The successful candidates will be responsible for the academic and administrative leadership of the respective schools.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this role:

• Qualification: Masters (16 years education) in Arts / Science with a minimum 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized University or institution. Higher qualifications will be preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of five (05) years of post-qualification experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Head Mistress in a reputable English Medium Secondary School.
• Skills: Must have excellent communication, presentation, public relations, and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have the ability to manage active and effective communication with students, parents, the general public, and media.
• Age: Up to 55 years.

Nature of Employment and Pay Package

The appointment will be on a contractual basis, initially for a period of two (02) years. The contract is extendable for a further period, subject to satisfactory academic and financial performance of the institution. The offered pay package is Rs. 70,000 - 75,000/- per month, all-inclusive.

Terms and Conditions

• The experience specified in the advertisement means experience acquired after obtaining the relevant qualification.
