Role Overview
Tayyab Aziz Shaheed Army Public School & College (APS&C) Bagh (AK) invites applications from eligible and dynamic candidates for the position of Principal. This is a contractual role for a period of three years. The selected Principal will be responsible for the overall academic and administrative leadership of the institution, ensuring a high standard of education and a conducive learning environment.Qualifications
The minimum qualification required for the Principal position is an M.Phil / MA/M.Sc or an equivalent degree. Candidates must demonstrate a strong academic background suitable for leading an educational institute.Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess:- Experience of at least 3 years as a Principal or Vice Principal in an English Medium Educational Institute.
- Should preferably have sound experience of administration, staff handling, and training, with a minimum of 5 years as Head of some renowned department.
- Should be well conversant with APS&C policies and system.
- Should be dynamic and passionate to handle college affairs.
- Should be resourceful to coordinate with various organizations.
- Preference: Candidates having 5 years of experience as a Principal in any Armed Forces institutions will be preferred.
Salary Package
The selected Principal will receive a pay lumpsum of Rs. 200,000/- per month.Additionally, an annual increment of @10% of the lumpsum pay will be provided.
