Position Overview

Applications are invited on prescribed forms for the faculty position of Assistant Professor (BPS-19) in Nursing at Women University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Bagh. Two positions are available: one (01) regular and one (01) contract.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for the post of Assistant Professor.

General Instructions & Application Process

Submit attested copies of degrees, certificates, domicile, etc., along with the prescribed application form (downloadable from www.wuajk.edu.pk) to the Registrar, Women University of AJK Bagh. Apply separately for each post if interested in multiple positions. An application fee of Rs. 2500 (for BPS-19) is required, deposited to Women University's account # 08330010023466800335 at Allied Bank. Attach the original deposit slip. In-service applicants should apply through proper channels. Candidates who previously applied for Assistant Professor - Nursing (Serial No. 1) in response to the advertisement closing on December 24, 2024, are not required to reapply. The deadline for application submission is 23-05-2025. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. The University may cancel the advertised position(s).
