Job Summary

Army Public School Cambridge Section is looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the prestigious position of 'Principal' for its Academic Campus in Sargodha. This role is offered on a contract basis for two years, with a strong possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. The Principal will be responsible for the overall academic and administrative leadership of the Cambridge Campus, ensuring high standards of education and operational efficiency. This is a critical leadership position requiring a visionary educationist with a proven track record of successful institutional management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master's Degree from an HEC Recognized University. A higher qualification such as M.Phil. or Ph.D. is highly preferable, indicating a commitment to advanced academic leadership and research.
For applicants from the Army, a rank of Lieutenant Colonel and above is required. For civil candidates, 8-10 years of extensive teaching and/or administrative experience in any reputed Cambridge school or college is essential. This experience should ideally include a proven track record in a leadership role such as Principal or Vice Principal.
Beyond formal qualifications, the ideal candidate must be a highly committed educationist with an excellent ICT proficiency level. Strong spoken and written English, outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are crucial. A proven experience in successfully running a reputed Cambridge system institute is necessary, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and international education models. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in international standard schools/colleges offering international examinations is required.

Eligibility and Conditions

This position is open to both Male and Female candidates, promoting equal opportunities. The age limit for applicants is between 35 and 50 years. All candidates must be medically and physically fit to undertake the responsibilities.
