Job Overview & Key Responsibilities

The Principal will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the school. Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for overseeing the academic operations of the school and ensuring that students receive a high-quality education. Set educational goals and standards, and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide faculty, staff, and students.
• Work with teachers and curriculum specialists to develop and implement a comprehensive and effective curriculum that meets the needs of all students.
• Knowledge of educational technology: Familiarity with the latest educational technologies, such as online learning platforms and student information systems.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that supports professional growth and development for all staff.
• Set and maintain high expectations for academic performance and behavior. Develop and implement programs and initiatives that support students' social and emotional well-being.
• Foster positive relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders.
• Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders about school events, policies, and initiatives.
• Strong commitment to student success and academic excellence, with a focus on meeting the needs of all students, including those from diverse backgrounds.

Educational Qualification, Experience & Age

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Should have Masters' Degree in First Class with B.ED/M.ED.
• Experience: Should have Minimum 20 Years of Experience in Academic and Curriculum Governance, minimum of five years' experience as a principal preferred.
• Salary: Negotiable Depending upon Experience and Qualification.
• Age: Maximum 55 years (Flexible in suitable cases).
• Domicile: Sindh.
