Post Graduate Trainee FCPS-II (Medicine & Allied)

Training Program Overview

Pak Emirates Military Hospital (PEMH) Rawalpindi, a tertiary care hospital with extensive inpatient facilities, seeks highly motivated, ambitious, and result-oriented doctors for Post Graduate FCPS-II training in various Medicine and Allied disciplines. Selected candidates will contribute to a leading healthcare institution. Note that selected candidates for the overall program (PEMH/CMH) may be placed in either hospital based on the selection board's decision.

Specialties Offered at PEMH Rawalpindi

The FCPS-II training program at PEMH Rawalpindi covers the following specialties:

• General Medicine
• Paediatrics
• Gastroenterology
• Radiation Oncology
• Family Medicine

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid PMDC registration certificate.
• Completion of one-year House Job.
• Passed FCPS Part-I examination, meeting all requirements as per College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) rules.

Preference for selection will be given to Government sponsored candidates.

Application Process

1. Application Form: Application Forms are available at the Training Office, PEMH Rawalpindi, from 0800-1500 hours.
2. Submission: Applications along with all required documents (attested hard copies) must reach the Training Office, PEMH Rawalpindi by 24 June 2025 (till 1500 hours).
3. Required Documents:

• CVP (Curriculum Vitae) with passport-size photographs.
• One copy of CNIC.
• MBBS Degree.
• Transcript / Attempt Certificate for all professionals (MBBS).
• DMCs - MBBS (all professionals).
• Valid PMDC registration certificate.
• House Job (01 Year) Certificate.
• CPSP Letter of Congratulation (FCPS Part-I).
• Experience Certificate over and above House Job (if any, minimum 1 year).
• Application addressed to Commandant PEMH Rawalpindi (Typed/Printed/Hand Written).
• Proof of Publication (if any).
• Evidence of Best Graduate & ward of Armed Forces/ Shaheed/ War Wounded (if applicable).
• Ward of army Personnel (Documentary Proof, if applicable).
• Ward of shaheed & retired Personnel (Pension Book, if applicable).
• Character Certificate (from Medical College/Hospital).
• NOC from respective government department (in case of government employee only).
• Copy of Domicile.

4. Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/- must be deposited in favour of Commandant PEMH. Submit the Copy Bank draft / Online Deposit Slip for Account No. 04137901164801 (HBL Bank, Mall Road Branch Rawalpindi).
5. Important Notes:

• Only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
• Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of interview.
• The Commandant PEMH Rawalpindi reserves the right to terminate the training on account of poor performance, inefficiency, discipline issues, or patient negligence.
• Trainees sponsored by any organization/department other than the government will not be paid by the hospital and must produce NOC, monthly pay slips, and appointment letter from their respective department.
