Position Overview: Plant Operator

Fatima Group is looking for experienced Plant Operators to join their team at the Pak Arab Fertilizer Plant in Multan. The Plant Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various plant processes and equipment from a central control room or in the field to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating plant equipment and systems according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitoring process parameters, making necessary adjustments, and responding to alarms.
• Conducting routine field checks and readings.
• Identifying and reporting operational issues or deviations.
• Participating in plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A technical diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a related field.

• Strong commitment to safety and operational discipline.
