Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Medical & Sports Sciences Team to maximize player availability through the development and implementation of injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of players' treatments and progress.
Assess, examine and diagnose injuries and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Ensure comprehensive, confidential and secure documentation of all medical and rehabilitation interventions.
Monitor players' recovery and progress, adjusting treatment programs as required.
Provide regular reports and relevant updates to the Departmental Head and other stakeholders as required.

Required Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized/accredited university in Physiotherapy or a relevant field (Master's degree will be preferred).
Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in clinical and sports physiotherapy, preferably within a cricket or professional sports environment.
Demonstrated experience in injury prevention, injury diagnosis and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.

Competency Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent management capabilities.
Proven ability to work effectively with athletes and sports professionals from diverse backgrounds.
High levels of integrity, professionalism, discretion and interpersonal effectiveness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related computer applications.
