The Personal Secretary to the Vice Chancellor provides administrative support to the Vice Chancellor and helps to ensure the smooth operation of the Vice Chancellor's office.Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Vice Chancellor's calendar.
- Preparing correspondence and reports.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Screening phone calls.
- Greeting visitors.
- Maintaining confidential records.
Requirements
- Master's or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 3 years post qualification relevant experience (Should have previous experience of working in a secretariat/ personal assistant role).
