Job Overview

The Manager Administration is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the university's administrative services and facilities. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with university regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the university's facilities and services.
• Lead and supervise support staff, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage facilities maintenance, security, transportation, and event coordination.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with University regulations and external standards.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and accessibility of University premises.

Requirements

• Master's or equivalent (16 years education) degree from HEC recognized University.
• Proven 6 years post qualification experience in administrative management, preferably in Higher Education Institution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in office management software and tools.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
