We are looking for compassionate and efficient Patient Support Assistants. This role involves providing crucial support to patients, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.General Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:- 1-2 Years of relevant work experience (customer service or healthcare support preferred).
- Excellent/Advance English Communication Skills.
- Strong attention to details & accuracy.
- Hands-on with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Working Hours and Location
- Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite)
- Timings: 6pm Till 3am (PST) (5 days a week). Saturdays and Sundays are off.
