Job Overview

BSP is currently hiring an Operator CD for their Karachi Plant. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity reporting directly to the Manager Production PQ. Ideal candidates will be responsible for machinery operations, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring documentation is accurate.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and prepare production, materials, and machine setup.
• Operate machines as per specifications while ensuring quality and documentation.
• Minimize waste, meet AQL targets, and optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain safety and complete post-production material handling.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• DAE Electrical / Mechanical with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
