Job Overview

Officer System Support position. Minimum 14 years education from HEC-Recognized / Foreign Institution. Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users and branches for hardware and software-related issues
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and applications to ensure smooth operations
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations as per IT policies
• Maintain IT asset inventory and prepare reports on system performance and incidents
