Job Overview
The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for the position of National Coordinator (PPS-11/BPS-21) in the PSDP funded Project 'Strengthening Common Management Unit (CMU) for AIDS, TB and Malaria and accelerating response to control the three diseases in Pakistan'. This position is under the Ministry of NHSR&C, Islamabad, on a contract basis, up to 30th June 2025, OR till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. One position is available on merit.Key Responsibilities
The National Coordinator (CMU) will be responsible for leading and managing the Common Management Unit, overseeing the implementation of programs related to AIDS, TB, and Malaria, coordinating with national and international stakeholders, and ensuring the project objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Experience in a managerial role within the public sector and coordination with international donors and partners is highly preferred.Educational Qualification & Experience
- MBBS/BDS (recognized by PMDC) with MPH/MSPH/Health Policy Management/ Masters in Community Health, recognized by HEC/PMDC.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in the field of Public Health Programs.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working with the Public Sector in a managerial role, and coordination with international donors and partners.
Age Limit
Maximum age of 60 years. Age will be calculated with effect from the last date of submission of applications.General Instructions/Information
