Job Overview

CANTT PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES CANTONMENT BOARD TAXILA invites applications from qualified female candidates for the role of Montessori Teachers. The position requires individuals passionate about early childhood education and possessing relevant qualifications and experience to foster a nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for Montessori students.
• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor students' progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• MA/BS or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized institute with a minimum of 1st Division / 2.5 CGPA / 60% in the highest degree.
• Montessori ECCE Diploma (Preferably).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Montessori Level at renowned educational institutions (preferably).

Age Limit

The age limit for applicants is 25-40 years.

Application Process

Interested candidates are required to apply through two methods by 31 May, 2025:

1. Online Application: Eligible candidates must submit their application electronically through the official portal: www.careers.mlc.gov.pk. Applicants are required to upload one photocopy set of CNIC, academic degrees, registration certificate, etc., and two passport-size photographs with the online application.

2. Postal Submission: Desirous candidates should also send their information as per the 'PRESCRIBED PERFORMA' (available in the advertisement, to be compiled on MS Word only) along with attested copies of educational testimonials (Higher Degrees should be attested from HEC) and experience certificates to the following address:
Cantonment Board Taxila, Allama Iqbal Road, HIT Taxila Cantt.

Candidates should clearly mention the post for which they are applying.

Important Notes

• The recruitments shall be on a contract basis and shall remain as such.
• The salary package will be attractive and comparable with the market pattern.
• No TA/DA will be given for interviews.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
• These posts are non-transferable. However, the selected candidates may be awarded duties in any CPEIs of Cantt Board Taxila.
