Position Overview

The college invites applications for the position of Montessori Teacher, specifically for female candidates. Qualifications and Experience

Applicants for the Montessori Teacher position must possess an MS/MA/BS degree or an equivalent qualification from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institute, with a minimum of First Division, 2.5 CGPA, or 60% marks in the highest degree. A Montessori ECCE diploma is preferable, highlighting specialized training in early childhood education. Candidates should have a minimum of 01 year of teaching experience in a renowned Montessori level educational institution. The age limit for this position is 30 years, indicating a preference for energetic and emerging educators in the early childhood field.

Terms and Conditions

The advertised posts are non-transferable and offered purely on a contract basis. Initially, the contract will be for a six (06) months observation period. Upon satisfactory performance and positive feedback, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) may extend the contract for up to three years, with further annual extensions possible. The salary package offered for this position will be attractive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test, demo, and interview. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for candidates appearing for the selection process.
