Job Overview

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous body of School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, which is imparting free education to around 4 million children across the Province. PEF seeks dynamic persons for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Officers (NEOs).
Age Limit:

• JCOs/NCOs and equivalent from Army, Navy and Air Force: 30-55 years
• Fresh candidates: 25-40 years

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum: Graduation (14 years) for Ex-Servicemen
• Minimum: 16 Years of Education for Fresh candidates

Salary: Rs. 60,000/- per month + other allowances as per HR Manual of PEF.

Terms and Conditions

• The above recruitments will be temporary, non-permanent and district wise. However, the duration of the contract will be one year, in which the extension will be subject to permission of the Competent Authority.
• The candidate should be willing and able to do field work in his designated district.
• Candidate must have domicile of Punjab. Candidates of respective district will be eligible to apply in their respective district only.
• Candidate who has been (a) convicted by any court (b) dismissed from Armed Forces (c) dismissed from any Government job (d) unsatisfactory performance from any Government project if he has been dismissed is not eligible to apply.
• The candidate must have a valid motorcycle license.
• In case of not having a personal motorcycle, the selected candidate will be required to submit permission from the owner on stamp paper, to use motorcycle.
• Candidate having IT experience will be preferred.
• Candidate must be physically fit.
• PEF may increase or decrease the number of post as per its requirement without any prior notice.
• LPR holders from Armed Forces will submit NOC and Diploma holder (DAE/Training) will submit equivalence certificate of Intermediate from IBCC.
• Candidate will be required to perform duties in hard areas as well.

The appointment will be on contract basis for one year, extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance. Shortlisting of candidates and written test will be conducted by Central Testing Service (CTS). Candidates having 50% marks in test shall be called for interview.

The candidate is required to download and print the application form, complete all required fields, sign each page, and attach the following documents:
a) Latest CV
b) Original bank deposit slip
c) NOC (if required)
d) Attested copy of domicile (Punjab Province only)
e) Attested latest two passport size photograph
f) Attested copies of CNIC and all academic credentials containing marks detail (Matric to the last degree, equivalence certificate, Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, merit certificate).
g) Attested experience certificate(s)
