Job Overview

National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites applications for the position of Manager Takaful for their Karachi based operations.

Qualification and Experience

Master's Degree or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Finance/Islamic Banking/Business Administration or relevant equivalent qualification from a local/foreign institute/university recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan with at least 60% marks. Relevant certification in Takaful, Islamic Finance or Shariah-related disciplines will be preferred.
Minimum 06 years of experience, with at least 03 years at senior level, preferably in a reputable Takaful or insurance organization. Candidates having experience in Takaful product development, underwriting, claims, Takaful operations, Takaful Window, Re-Takaful, regulatory requirements and Shariah compliance, along with strong coordination and operational management skills, will be preferred.
