Job Overview

The Help Foundation Pakistan is seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-driven professional to join our Corporate Partnerships & Resource Mobilization, Fundraising and CSR Team. As a Manager Resource Mobilization and Fundraising, you will play a crucial role in leading CSR initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong donor and stakeholder relationships.
We are looking for dedicated candidates who can manage CSR projects and budgets while mobilizing resources to strengthen our institutional branding.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or Development Studies.
Preferred experience includes 2-3 years in healthcare fundraising, corporate social responsibility (CSR), strategic partnerships, philanthropy & donor relations, resource mobilization, institutional branding, stakeholder engagement, healthcare marketing, leadership development, and sustainable social impact.
