Manager - Production

Job Purpose

The position is responsible to coordinate the production activities in order to ensure maximum efficiency focused towards getting annual production targets with focus on quality standards and implement ideas to improve production efficiency. Incumbent will conduct inspections of machine clothing's, thread, invisible fiber and other material and submit recommendation to accept/reject chemicals/materials after conducting durability compatibility and run ability tests on machine, wherever possible. Guide production team to achieve targets while coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety following all side protocols. Incumbent will also prepare annual budget for onward submission, prepare daily/monthly/down time, raw materials and chemical consumption reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: B.E.(Chemical).
Age: 30-33 years.
Experience: 5-8 years relevant experience in a manufacturing concern (managerial experience would be preferred).
