Job Overview
The Home Department, Government of Punjab, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager MIS to lead its Management Information System initiatives. This is a key position offered on a lump sum pay package (market-based) and on a purely contract basis. The role involves overseeing ICT projects, planning and implementing hardware and software applications within the public sector.Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for the Manager MIS position, candidates must possess:- MCS or BCS or BS (Second division) in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering or Software Engineering or Management Information System or Information Technology from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
- A minimum of eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT) based project management in the public sector, including planning and implementation of hardware and software applications.
- An Expert Level Certificate in System Administration or Network Administration or Cyber Security from a recognized institute.
- Registration as an Engineer from the Pakistan Engineering Council is required if the candidate is a hardware Engineer.
