About the Role

Manager Mechanical will be reporting to the CE/GM Site of the Company regarding fulfillment of the duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Ensure operational integrity of generators, switchgear, protection systems, excitation systems, and auxiliary electrical components.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure operational integrity of generators, switchgear, protection systems, excitation systems, and auxiliary electrical components.
Oversee electrical systems including electrical control, motors Transformers and other electrical equipment.
Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies, schedules, and SOPs in line with OEM guidelines.
Review equipment performance trends and initiate preventive or corrective actions as required.
Lead electrical planning and execution for major outages and annual maintenance.

Qualification and Experience

B.Sc. or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from HEC-recognized university. Masters shall be preferred. Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in power plant mechanical maintenance, 2-4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a combined cycle plant is preferred.
