About the Role

Manager Electrical will be reporting to the CE/GM Site or advised by the Company regarding fulfillment of the duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Ensure operational integrity of generators, switchgear, protection systems, excitation systems, and auxiliary electrical components.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure operational integrity of generators, switchgear, protection systems, excitation systems, and auxiliary electrical components.
Oversee electrical systems including electrical control, motors Transformers and other electrical equipment.
Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies, schedules, and SOPs in line with OEM guidelines.
Review equipment performance trends and initiate preventive or corrective actions as required.
Lead electrical planning and execution for major outages and annual maintenance.

Qualification and Experience

B.Sc. or B.E. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering from HEC-recognized university. Masters shall be preferred. Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Certification in SCADA systems or Power System Protection preferred 10-15 years of progressive experience in electrical operations within combined cycle or thermal power plants.
