Center for Autism Rehabilitation and Training, Sindh (C-ARTS) invites applications for the position of Manager Internal Audit in Karachi. The role requires leading and managing internal audit functions to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Competencies

• Ability to lead and manage the internal audit function.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Ability to identify control weaknesses, financial irregularities, compliance gaps, and operational risks.
• Provide periodic reports to the Audit Committee/Board of Directors on audit activities, significant findings, risk exposure, and the implementation status of audit recommendations.
• Assist management in strengthening internal controls, risk management, operational efficiency, asset safeguarding, accountability, and transparency.
• Ability to maintain independence, objectivity, integrity and professional judgment in the discharge of audit responsibilities.

Qualification and Experience

• Qualification: Qualified CA/ACCA/ACMA/CIA with article ship completed from ICAP registered audit firm OR MBA in Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in internal auditing.
