Manager Governance & Control

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

- BOP Audit, Compliance Framework, Policies, Standards and Procedures.

- Monthly record of Imprest Account related to office administration expenses.

- BAU decision making processes and activities.

- All major regulatory projects that have a business impact

- All changes in policies, procedures, projects and regulations within the business.

- Reviewing and maintaining controls, monitoring their effectiveness and enhancing where necessary

- Integrating subject matter and industry expertise within the defined area.

- Providing governance, oversight and monitoring activities in accordance with the overall Governance and Controls program.

- Proactively identification of emerging risks and assists to control team with resolving control gaps and issues and helps in creating corrective action plans, inclusive of root cause identification and resolution.

- Partnering within Business teams to ensure a complete understanding of deliverables for outstanding milestones and ensure prompt escalations of issues.

- Providing Trainings to the Card Issuing Sales team, Credit Initiation Unit and Collections to optimize performance and controls.

- Actively focus on process improvement, creating efficiencies, and ensuring proactive approach and partnership to audit and compliance management

- Ensure internal reviews and external examinations are well managed with clearly evidenced controls.

- Responsibility for governance risk and control across all jurisdictions within the business

- Managing oversight of risk and promoting a culture of good compliance and risk awareness

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a HEC recognized university/ foreign university.

Preference shall be given to candidates having experience management, risk management and/or regulatory compliance technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls.

Experience: Minimum 05 years of banking/non-banking experience.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of 3 April, 2025
