Organization Overview

Port Qasim Authority (PQA), located in Bin Qasim, Karachi, is accepting applications for contract-based positions for an initial two-year period, extendable upon satisfactory performance.

Position Summary

PQA is looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Manager (Industrial Relations) in BPS-19. The position involves managing labour laws and industrial relations within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: At least 2nd Class Master's Degree in Administrative / Social Sciences OR LLB with Diploma in Industrial and Labour laws.
Experience: 12 years of experience in Industrial Relations in a Government / Semi Government / Reputable large Commercial Organization.
Domicile: Balochistan
Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
