Manager HSE

About the Role

Manager (HSE) will be reporting to the CE/GM Site or as advised of the Company regarding fulfillment of the duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific HSE policies, SOPs, manuals, and risk control strategies.
• Ensure alignment with NEPRA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and national safety codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety rounds, hazard assessments, and safety audits.
• Enforce permit-to-work (PTW), lockout-tag-out (LOTO), confined space entry, and fire safety protocols.
• Lead investigation of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; ensure root cause analysis and corrective action.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering discipline, Environmental Sciences, or Occupational Health & Safety from HEC-recognized PEC approved university. Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 14001 / 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred). Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience in HSE roles, with at least 2-4 years in a power plant, oil & gas, or Heavy industrial sector as Managerial role is preferred.
