Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) requires a Manager Finance for its Finance Directorate. This non-teaching staff position specifically deals with End Service Benefits. The Manager Finance will oversee the administration and financial management of end service benefits programs for university employees. This includes calculations, disbursements, compliance, and reporting related to pensions, gratuity, provident funds, etc.Application Process and Requirements
1. Eligibility: Only candidates domiciled in Sindh are eligible to apply.2. Online Form: Application form must be fully filled online at www.duhs.edu.pk.
3. Application Package: Applicants should send their applications along with 01 photograph, one set of attested photocopies of relevant documents (qualifications, experiences, publications, Domicile & CNIC) in a sealed envelope, with three current referral letters and brief curriculum vitae.
4. Envelope Marking: Please clearly mention the name of post ('Manager Finance') and Specialty ('End Service Benefits') on the top right of the envelope.
5. Application Fee: Every application must carry a pay order of Rs.1500/- (Non-refundable) in favor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi.
6. Submission: Application should be sent only through courier on the following postal address: The Human Resource Directorate, Dow University of Health Sciences, Baba-e-Urdu Road Karachi, Pakistan.
7. Deadline: Job applications received on and before 08-05-2025 will only be considered.
8. Important Note: Applications submitted in person will NOT be accepted.
9. Government Employees: Applicant currently in Government service or public sector High Education Institution should apply through proper channel (with copy of N.O.C).
Selection Process
In case of larger number of candidates for any post, a Pre-Interview Test (MCQs) will be held to short list the Candidates. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. All documents and experiences will be verified, & any subsequent false or misleading document will result into disqualification from the process / removal from service. Age relaxation is subject to approval of Scrutiny Committee / Selection Board. No TA/DA will be admissible.Submit Application
