Job Overview

The position of Manager Billing in a government organization requires overseeing the entire billing process. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing, implementing best practices, monitoring billing cycles, and handling discrepancies. Additionally, the role includes tracking key performance indicators, conducting regular audits, and ensuring the integrity and reliability of system processes.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a BS degree in Telecom, Electrical Electronics, or CO (Power System) or equivalent. An MS in the relevant field is preferred. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in relevant software and office suites is essential, along with leadership and team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities include performing security monitoring, managing disaster recovery plans, applying system upgrades, and conducting performance reporting to support capacity planning. The Manager will also oversee backups, troubleshoot hardware or software issues, and optimize resources as needed.
