Job Overview

PTA (S.Z) Environmental Society is looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager Administration / Administrator for its Combined Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) located in Korangi, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, security, and operational duties to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the plant.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager Administration / Administrator will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures.
• Ensure robust security measures are in place to protect all personnel, assets, and facilities.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Handle and coordinate all legal matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and maintenance activities.
• Manage financial transactions and maintain precise and accurate accounting records.
• Oversee the recovery of O&M (Operation & Maintenance) contributions from members.
• Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities and various government agencies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in administration.
• Education: A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Age: The candidate's age must not exceed 55 years.
• Background: Preference will be given to candidates with an armed forces/retired background.
