PIU Admin Head

Project Overview

The Government of Sindh is implementing the Sindh Secondary Education Improvement Project (SSEIP) with financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) requires individual consultant services for project execution.

Position Summary (CS10 (a))

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited for the national consultant position of PIU Admin Head. This full-time role requires 24 person-months and is based at the PIU-SSEIP office in Karachi. The Admin Head will oversee administrative and human resource functions for the project unit.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of business structures, administrative processes, and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 07 years of relevant experience, preferably as Head of Administration/HR in projects funded by the Government of Pakistan or Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs).
• Overall general experience of 07 years.
