Requirements and Technical Proficiency

Candidates must meet the following educational and technical criteria:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Food, Pharma, or Manufacturing/Process Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Electromechanical systems and Compressed air systems.
• Proficiency in handling Pumps, impellers, and mechanical seals.
• Familiarity with Industrial gear systems and CAD drawings/P&IDs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Engineer at Matco Foods, your daily duties will include:

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment efficiently.
• Develop maintenance plans, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors on-site.
• Manage equipment records, BOQs, and material planning.
• Optimize maintenance costs and improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with Production to maximize plant uptime.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE and engineering standards.
• Interpret CAD drawings and P&IDs to drive continuous improvement.
