Job Overview

Royal Palm Golf & Country Club in Lahore offers an exciting career opportunity for a Legal Advisor. The prestigious club invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for a one-year contract or till leasing of RPGCC whichever is earlier. Applications are particularly encouraged from experienced legal practitioners, retired judicial officers, senior legal consultants, and legal academicians.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates must possess a Ph.D in Law with 05 years professional experience OR a Masters in Law i.e., L.L.M, Barrister / Solicitor with 10 years experience. Applicants should have post-qualification legal experience, preferably in corporate, civil, labour, property, service, and contract law. Preference will be given to candidates having experience with large organizations, clubs, autonomous bodies, or corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Excellent drafting, litigation management, negotiation, and legal advisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani laws, labour laws, corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent or coordinate with external counsel in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.
• Handle labour, service, property, contractual, and corporate legal matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and local languages will be considered an asset.
