Position: Lead Worker

This is a key role requiring strong technical knowledge and leadership abilities to guide a work crew effectively and safely. The position involves working in oil & gas or petrochemical plants, with a focus on shutdown operations.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Lead Worker position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of shutdown experience in oil & gas or petrochemical plants.
• Local project experience will also be accepted.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Education: ITI/Diploma/IOSH/NEBOSH.
• Strong technical knowledge in fields like mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, fabrication, or civil.
• Ability to guide a work crew on technical and safety aspects.
• Age: 21-32 years.
