We're Looking For Someone With:

The ideal candidate for the Lead Software Engineer position will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• ✅ 5+ years of software development experience, with a significant focus on event-driven systems.
• ✅ Deep knowledge of asynchronous processing, message queues, and real-time data pipelines.
• ✅ Strong JavaScript/Node.js skills. Experience with AWS services (SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.) is a plus.
• ✅ Proven leadership ability to mentor team members, effectively problem-solve, and uplift team capabilities.
